At Babiators, we want your little ones to love their gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Whether it's a fit issue or a change of heart, we make the process simple and stress-free for busy parents.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
